Remember the video we posted just a few months ago, of this stunning Vista 3 home on the way to its site in Russell? Well we have now reached completion, an amazing 11 months after signing of the contract (even including a few weeks out of action with lockdowns!)

Not our typical build, but an awesome challenge for our team, we constructed the basement level of this home onsite, and built the top story of the home in our factory. This was bought in on a truck, loaded onto the basement – with final completion of the basement level, decks, handrails and internal stairs taking shape on site.

Just this weekend the home was completed, to an oustanding standard. Take a look at the pictures below:
