The Kingi Home Delivery

Follow this home’s journey from our Waipapa factory to site, for the wonderful Kingi family. With the whole home constructed in our factory, we’ll be seeing completion of this one in no time! Welcome to Toi Track, the idyllic location where Advance Build has delivered many of our stunning homes over the years. From the Vista 3 Home built a decade ago to the Oasis 3 Home currently under construction in our factory, each home reflects the unique individuality and lifestyle of its owners.

Tikitiki Lane, Russell | Home Delivery

Like all of our homes, this Vista 3 design was prefabricated in our controlled factory environment, and delivered to site fully completed including all interior/exterior painting, finishings, fittings and floor coverings installed.

Now we just have the decks, basement level and services to be connected on site.

Weekender 4 | Walkthrough Video

A classic beach style home, this new design is state-of-the-art, featuring a stylish master bedroom and ensuite and robe layout, large laundry which could double as a scullery and second entry option at the back of the home.

Oasis 3 | Walkthrough Video

This fantastic design gives you a huge master bedroom plus two other spacious bedrooms and the luxury of two bathrooms.

There is also the additional benefit of an office or fourth bedroom. This is a great option for a well appointed family home that maximises space to full potential.
