We recently completed the Papakainga project for the Tirita Cherrington Whanau. This involved constructing four beautiful new homes in our factory, which were based on our Oasis 4, Weekender 2 and Weekender 4 designs. Also included in this project was all site works including infrastructure (a road, earthworks, water tanks, power to site - and a playground!) for a turn-key completed project. From the signing of the contract in May 2023, these four new homes were all completed and handed over to the owner just under 12 months later!
