“Advance Build would be in my opinion, the best build company in NZ. Their professionalism and communication is of the utmost highest standard. Promises, schedules, and delivery, were kept to the contracted dates. Building a house and establishing a property is never an easy task. They excelled in keeping us up to date with phone calls, photo’s, progress reports, suggestions and questions on what would suit us for our house and also dealing with the more technical aspects of the construction phase. As the construction was almost 4 hours travel away, this was an unusual way to build a new residence, and I would do it again! Advance Build restored my faith that there are definitively great companies out there that puts the customer first, not the profit line. Financially we found building with Advance to be a much more beneficial system for the bottom line. We had a budget to work with and as quotes were coming in cheaper than expected, we were able to make additions that we were sure we couldn’t afford! The finish of the house is of a very high standard,and recently a 4.0 earthquake hit Auckland, not one crack or movement of interior linings. The construction of the house is very sturdy, and built to specifications that meet or exceed building code. All materials used in bathrooms etc are of excellent quality, windows and doors also are a high quality product. The whole process was simple to be honest. We sorted out the plans, made a deposit and it all started. Timely,professional, caring, and delivered with a smile! Thanks Guys!”.
