Recently we went back to a home we built a year ago at Rainbow Falls Rd, Kerikeri.

Owners Keith & Sherry are delighted with their new home, and enjoying the warmth of the sun right across the front of their Vista 3 design.

At Advance Build, we take care of your home build project from start to finish. Keith & Sherry worked with us to create their dream design home, customising the kitchen from the standard Vista 3, and choosing all the interior colour specifications. We took care of all the planning works such as council consents, including the swimming pool, and any site drainage, connection to services and earthworks involved. Once the contract was signed, the 9 week construction phase of the home started in our Factory in Awanui. Once the home was completed in the factory, it was delivered to site on the back of a truck, connected to foundations and construction of the decks, veranda, garage and pool began.
