Derek & Sue Rogers chose a prime location for their residence in Watea, Haruru Falls. They also chose well with their home build – a smart, quality, Advance build home.

A customised floor plan was designed to suit their requirements, and once all plans and concepts were decided upon, construction began. This particular home was built onsite, plus the decks and glass balustrades, which are an optional extra we offer here at Advance build.
