This special project was delivered by Advance Build in partnership with the Netana Panapa, ahu Whenua Trust, Te Puni Kōkiri and Foundation North. It took just 7 months to build 10 homes, 5 small one-bed homes, 2 bridges, all site infrastructure and handover this project to the Netana Panapa ahu Whenua trust in Kaihu!
